Dua Type L Screw Conveyor
The dual screw conveyor, also known as coarse fine screw conveyor, is composed of mother screw and sub screw. The mother screw ensures fast feeding in the early stage of the weighing cycle and shortens the time. In the later stage of the weighing cycle, the sub screw works alone for micro feeding and precision measurement.

- High reliability:
- The outer pipe is made of high-quality steel pipe, the inner pipe is made of seamless steel pipe, the CNC intersecting wire cutting machine is cut, the CNC ring seam welding machine is welded, and the straightness and wear resistance are good;
- The blade is rolled with 6mm manganese plate, which is wear-resistant and stable.
- Homemade high-quality gearbox, gear grinding treatment, bearing Swedish SKF brand, oil seal adopts the “Sidaxing” brand, designs a new output end cover seal, with transmission torsion
- The moment is large and the noise is low, and there will be no oil leakage or dust leakage.
- High adaptability:
- Double screw pitch or three screw pitch design reduces the compression degree of materials in the transportation process, and there will be no material plugging;
- The universal joint process of the feeding port makes the installation and adjustment steering flexible and dust-free;
- The fixation mode of the middle crane shaft is improved, and a fixed baffle ring is added to the spline sleeve to avoid the misalignment of the inner tube caused by the failure of the elastic baffle of the shaft.
